Several well-established institutions overseas provide models for what is possible in Australia. Potentially they could serve as links and partners for a tertiary institution in this country based on the educational and social principles developed by Rudolf Steiner. These are Alanus University for the Arts and Social Sciences in Germany and Heliopolis University in Egypt.

Requirements to Receive Funds
The Education for Social Renewal Foundation has some minimal requirements for potential recipients of donations. We see these requirements as a way of together taking responsibility for the advancement of the threefold social impulse. Interested institutions can discuss the following points with us.
● the school or college strives in some ongoing way with the threefold social impulse as presented by Steiner. Ideally this forms part of the institution's governing documents, ratified by the board of directors or group of trustees.
● the school or college becomes an actively participating member of the network coordinated by Archeus Social Ltd. which links educational initiatives in Australia who are working with the pedagogical principles of Rudolf Steiner and the threefold social impulse; please click here.
● time is spent during meetings of both the directors and the teaching body on these considerations: the relation of discussions and decisions to the cultural-spiritual sphere of society and the ideal of freedom; the ideal of equality in relation to all legal matters and issues of rights within the institution; the ideal of fraternity or brotherhood in relation to economic matters
● at least one personal development day per year is devoted to understanding and working with the threefold social order.
